Orders can be placed by e-mail, or by phone 810-241-6254.  All orders must have a 50 percent down-payment prior to any work being started.  Orders generally will take two to three weeks (excluding in-stock items).  Any orders of 5 pieces or more will take three to four weeks.  Should there be a delay of any type, you will be notified immediately.  I will begin your order as soon as your check has cleared.  Any orders over $500 must be made by certified cashier's check only. 

I will do everything in my power to keep you satisfied with your order, but be advised there are absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any merchandise.

For single purchases totaling over $500 you will receive a 15% percent discount or free next day air shipment (your choice) when your order is completed.

Custom beading of wedding gowns and dresses must be done by appointment only.  An approximate completion date will be given once a 50% deposit is received.  100% satisfaction on custom beading is guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied with the beaded work, (on gowns and dresses only), you will receive your money back and the beading removed at no additional cost.  References are available upon request for both wedding gown and flower girl dresses.
